Job Description:

Are you an experienced and visionary Product Manager seeking a new challenge? Do you want to be at the forefront of revolutionizing AI-powered analytics in the allied health industry?

The Product Manager will lead the development and management of AI-enabled features for our suite of products targeting the allied healthcare sector. As a Product Manager at Wiznry AI, you will work closely with our data engineering and machine learning teams to build robust and scalable solutions that enhance our customer value proposition. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in empowering our customers to deliver better outcomes for their patients and their business.

Wiznry AI’s solutions leverage AI to automate various processes and our AI-engine transforms complex data analysis into simple, actionable, and explainable recommendations for our customers. Our solutions combine AI and engineering capabilities, designed in scalable, microservice-driven architecture. We utilize a range of capabilities, including standalone applications connected via APIs and the ability to integrate into industry-leading platforms.

Job Requirements:

• Work closely with customers and industry experts to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Understand market trends, competition and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation
• Assist with the overall product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our mission and product vision
• Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, marketing, teams and industry experts to refine product requirements and specifications
• Translate complex business problems into effective technical solutions, leveraging your strong understanding of data management and automation
• Understand how different problems fit together, distill down to simple and robust core mechanics and build solutions that elegantly address a range of seemingly sophisticated requirements
• Lead the productization process, ensuring scalability, usability, and a truly data-driven approach
• Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, by communicating the value and unique offerings of Wiznry AI’s products
• Serve as a contributor within the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on building AI-enabled SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI, data management, and related technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a passion for leveraging data to drive product decision-making
• Excellent communication, and experience directly communicating with customers
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or similar related knowledge and experience

We are seeking an experienced React Native Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing mobile applications using React Native and Typescript, with a thorough understanding of Redux for state management and RESTful APIs for backend communication. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and contribute to impactful projects.

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Typescript.
• Integrate and manage RESTful APIs to connect the apps with backend services.
• Implement state management using Redux.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of React Native and Typescript development experience.
• Strong understanding of Redux for state management.
• Experience with RESTful API integration.
• Nice to have experience with iOS/Android native development.
• Knowledge of cloud services, particularly AWS.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a significant plus.

As a full sales cycle Account Executive at Wiznry AI, you will take charge of the entire sales process from the initial lead engagement through to the successful close within our key market segments. This role demands a proactive approach to managing leads, extracting maximum value, and continuously developing the sales pipeline through effective prospecting and referral generation from existing clients.

 
Job Requirements:

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initiating contact with assigned leads to closing deals.
• Generate new business and nurture existing relationships within your pipeline.
• Make cold calls, negotiate deals, and maintain meticulous records of sales and data.
• Expand sales opportunities by seeking referrals and prospecting within signed customers' networks for upsell potential.
• Develop strategies to effectively sell and promote Wiznry AI’s products and services.
• Regularly participate in company and department meetings to report on progress, identify challenges, and collaborate on solutions.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Prior experience in sales, particularly selling SaaS to SMBs or environments with quick sales cycles.
• Experience with outbound cold calling.
• Demonstrated ability to open new markets and secure new business.
• Consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong adherence to sales processes and organizational standards.
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
